Our team has extensive Construction Management experience in the Public-Sector arena covering K-12 Education, Public Libraries, Fire Districts along with a current Private project focus on Storage Building and Residential Apartment Complexes. All projects require careful planning, detailed execution, and constant attention to detail.

General Contracting
Park East Construction Corp. is not averse to taking risks. Complementing our Construction Management service, we have and will continue to offer traditional General Contracting Services to a select group of private owners. We will coordinate and oversee the work, and maintain communication with the owner. Project options include negotiated cost and cost plus fee.
Our experience and history with a significant number of subcontractors in the New York Metropolitan area allow us to provide all trades required for a general construction project at very competitive rates.
Design Build
Our Design/Build program provides clients with a single source of responsibility for design and construction services. Park East Construction Corp. retains independent architectural and engineering professionals to perform all aspects of design. Together with our project management staff, we create a single design-build team, with the shared goal of providing innovative solutions for your building needs. Our ability to dramatically improve schedule, costs, and quality will ensure the success of the project.
