The Brookhaven Logistics project successfully delivered three state-of-the-art warehouses totaling 550,000 square feet on an 81-acre site in the Long Island pine barrens.  The three warehouses with a 101 loading docks each with a leveler.  The site has over 1,000,000 SF of paving and has 1,375 parking spaces, 45 EV charging stalls, over forty catch basins, along with a 77,000 cubic yard recharge basin. Each building has a clear height of 36 feet.  The open design easily supports the configuration needs of future tenants.
